1.2 The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis (“Subscription”). You agree to pay the monthly fee for the Service as specified on our Website.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

2.1 We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided by the third-party database system. The information is mirrored from the third-party website, and we do not have control over its content.

2.2 While we strive to ensure that our system is operational at all times, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SubInsure, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to the Agreement
